Adam Pawłowski

Adam graduated in electronics and telecommunications from the Technical University of Lodz, Poland and the Technical University of Denmark. He is a IEEE Senior Member. Adam gained deep experience in industry having worked at international telecommunication corporations. Adam has vast experience in developing patent strategies, mainly for startups and esteblished SMEs.

Adam qualified by passing European Qualifying Examination in 2007 as the first candidate from Poland. He is a member of Professional Education Committee of the European Patent Institute (epi) and a CEIPI tutor.

Adam has an MSc degree in Mechatronics, received from Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology. He gained engineering experience i.a. during an internship in China. He specializes in interdisciplinary engineering solutions, mainly relating to mechanics, electronics and control.

In 2015 he passed the European qualifying examination (EQE) and has been admitted as European Patent Attorney.

Łukasz Bogdan

Lukasz graduated in Electronics and Telecommunication from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. He is a research and development manager with several years of experience in fundraising and leading publicly founded, industry oriented projects. He participated in Top 500 Innovators Programme at Hass School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. He specializes in drafting and prosecution before the Polish Patent Office, especially in the fields of electronics, telecommunication and computer science. He also supports the cooperation with new customers and advices on innovation protection strategies for R&D institutions and start-ups.

He is a certified Polish patent attorney. He already passed the pre-exam of the European Qualifying Examination. He is a polish coordinator of the CEIPI „Basic Training Course in European Patent Law” provided by the University of Strasbourg.

Katarzyna Szwajkowska (Święs)
Patent engineer, chemistry and technology
Katarzyna graduated in chemical technology from the Silesian Technical University in Poland. She studied modifications of copolyesters used in controlled release of drugs. She specializes in plastics and polymers. Katarzyna drafts patent applications and conducts patentability and freedom to operate searches. She also prepares opinions on validity of Polish and foreign patent applications.

She has successfully passed the pre-exam of the European Qualifying Examination.

Grocjusz Intellectual Property Centre and a member of Licensing Executives Society Poland. She specializes in commercial names and indications.
