Adam Pawłowski
European patent attorney, Polish patent attorney, OHIM Professional Representative
Adam graduated in electronics and telecommunications from the Technical University of Lodz, Poland and the Technical University of Denmark. He is a IEEE Senior Member. Adam gained deep experience in industry having worked at international telecommunication corporations. Adam has vast experience in developing patent strategies, mainly for startups and esteblished SMEs.

Adam qualified by passing the European Qualifying Examination in 2007 as the first candidate from Poland. He is a member of Professional Education Committee of the European Patent Institute (epi) and a CEIPI tutor.

Katarzyna Szwajkowska (Święs)
European patent attorney
Katarzyna graduated in chemical technology from the Silesian Technical University in Poland. She studied modifications of copolyesters used in controlled release of drugs. She specializes in plastics and polymers. Katarzyna drafts patent applications and conducts patentability and freedom to operate searches. She also prepares opinions on validity of Polish and foreign patent applications.

Katarzyna qualified by passing the European Qualifying Examination.

Tomasz Derek
inżynier patentowy

Tomasz graduated from Mechanics and Computer Science at the International Faculty of Engineering of the Technical University of Lodz. He also studied at Jönköping University in Sweden. He gained vast practical experience in automotive industry, working in an R&D department of an international company, responsible for installations, modifications and improvements to technological lines.

Tomasz works on mechanical cases and is involved mostly in prior art searches and patent drafting.

Adrian Fronk

Adrian graduated from Electrical Engineering at the Technical University of Lodz. His theoretical background and practical experience covers smart home installations, in particular security systems. He also specializes in electromechanical switches.
Adrian works mainly with electromechanical inventions, involving patent searches and patent drafting.

Magdalena Markowicz
Paralegal, ISO Quality Manager
Magdalena graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. She also passed Postgraduate Intellectual Property Studies at the Faculty of Law at the Warsaw University. She is responsible for managing the flow of documents, contacting administrative authorities and clients. She handles planning and development of quality management.
Eliza Nowacka
Eliza graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz. She was numerously granted Chancellor’s scholarship for the most outstanding students. She defended her MA thesis devoted to a function of commercial name of a firm, in the Chair of Industrial Property Law. She is a graduate from Intellectual Property School, the H. Grocjusz Intellectual Property Centre and a member of Licensing Executives Society Poland. She specializes in commercial names and indications.
Eliza is in charge of trademarks and contracts issues, manages the flow of documents and is responsible for maintaining the cooperation with clients and institutions.
Klaudia Noculak
Klaudia graduated from the University of Lodz from the Faculty of Law and Administration. She gained professional experience in various administrative institutions, including the City Hall of Lodz in the Department of Administrative Management.
Klaudia is in charge of public procurement and administrative matters, she also manages the flow of documents and is responsible for maintaining the cooperation with clients and institutions.
Patrycja Szymańska

Patrycja graduated in Finance, Accouting and Insurances from the Faculty of Management University of Warsaw. She gained professional experience in public administration offices.

Pawel graduated in computer science from the University of Zielona Gora, Poland. He specializes in protection of computer-implemeneted inventions in Europe and USA, as well as related prior art and patentability searches. Moreover, he has a vast experience in assessment and examination of patent pools. He gained his professional experience as a programmer in an outsourcing services company and then in an international digital television company. He was qualified in 2012 by passing European Qualifying Examination. He runs an independent patent firm in Zielona Gora.
